UPSKILL Programmes in collaboration with Arkansas State University, USA
Upskill is an online learning opportunity for Arkansas high school students who desire to develop a variety of in-demand job skills. The purpose of the program is to provide students with a competitive advantage when applying for college or preparing to enter the workforce.
Each program consists of four online courses that are taught in nine-week increments. The program provides students with an affordable, flexible and convenient learning opportunity where they can expand their opportunities for a better future.

PROGRAMMES
Web Design
This course will address the concepts of web design using multimedia, visual communication, and interaction principles. Students will also be introduced to design solutions and emerging technologies such as Hypertext Markup Language
(HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Web standards. The Web publication process includes practical exercises in the creation and publication of Web pages and the construction of coherent Web sites.
Mobile App Development
Students will learn about mobile application development and technical requirements for Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). By developing a practical experience within both platforms, this course will focus on installing, developing, testing, and distributing mobile applications.
​Game Development
Students will become familiar with the tools and practices of game development. Students will get started developing their own video games using the industry standard game development tools. Upon completion of the course, students will have finished hands-on projects and will be able to leverage an array of game development techniques to create their own basic game.- Principles of Game Design

Introduction to International Business
This course provides students with a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts surrounding international business. Topics including international business development, international trade, import/export policies, currency exchange rates, and economic, political, and cultural international business environments. This course provides a foundation for the subsequent courses in the International Business program.

English as a Foreign Language
This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of the English language as it applies to the foreign language classroom. Topics will include the sound system and morphology of English as well as the necessary skills in the foreign language classroom: grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students will explore how these topics relate to the language classroom.
