Faculty-exchange programmes can promote change, motivations, and experiences.
Faculty members would benefit from exposure to a culturally varied and diverse faculty make-up, with an opportunity to exchange ideas and observe a variety of styles.

A student exchange program is a program in which students from a secondary school or university study abroad at one of their institution’s partner institutions.
